The 46th Annual Symposium, "Once Upon a Time in Napa..." will focus on cutting-edge and time-honored topics, including tax updates; “real time” analysis of the United States Supreme Court’s decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization; technology tips and best practices for management of our home offices; navigation of the high-earner exception; a “must-have” primer on Parenting Coordination; essential appellate issues; demystifying business valuations and a concluding judges’ panel. Our presenters are highly regarded, experienced professionals, experts, bench officers, and leaders in their respective fields.

The keynote speaker is Brian Cuban. Mr. Cuban is a lawyer, activist, and renowned lecturer and educator on drug addiction, drug rehabilitation, alcoholism, and male eating disorders. He is the author of The Addicted Lawyer and Shattered Image: My Triumph Over Body Dysmorphic Disorder.

Evening Events: Join us in saying hello to your colleagues and meeting new people as we kick off the weekend with our traditional complimentary Friday Evening Welcome Reception from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm in the Vineyard Terrace. Also, please be sure to register for our Saturday Evening Cocktail Party and join everyone for a fun-filled evening on the Village Lawn at the Grand Reserve from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm with heavy appetizers, a full bar, and music.

Registration Fee

• $975 Register by March 3, 2023 for the Early Bird Rate.
• $1,200 as of March 4, 2023
• $1,350 as of April 22, 2023

Hotel Rooms

• Reserve your room at The Meritage or The Grand Reserve. The group rate expires on April 4, 2023. We highly recommend booking rooms early as the hotel will likely sell out before the April 4th room rate expiration.

• Written notice received by March 3, 2023, will be issued full refund less $50 admin fee.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after March 3, 2023.
