  2024 Trial Practicum

  THE MARKER SAN FRANCISCO, 501 GEARY ST, SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94102

  This intensive litigation Practicum consists of three full days of trial practice, personal feedback in practice sessions from experienced AAML Fellows, and trial preparation culminating with a full day of mock trial at the San Francisco Superior Courthouse.

  Students are typically family law attorneys intending to take the Family Law Specialization Examination and interested in earning two trial credits for their participation, and/or family law attorneys generally interested in improving courtroom advocacy skills.

  Panelists and Practicum leaders are experienced AAML Fellows and judges who are committed to the education and development of the family law bar. Experienced family law forensic accountants and mental health professionals also participate as expert witnesses.
