The 47th Annual Symposium will focus on advanced topics, including complex marital standard of living and support issues; joint ownership of a business post-judgment; psychological testing; options for post-judgment relief; drafting and enforcement of premarital agreements (in light of the ever-changing case law); technological challenges in our practices (including forensic imaging and artificial intelligence); complicated issues facing clients’ children; and an exciting panel discussion on ethics and bias to round out the weekend. Our presenters are highly regarded and experienced professionals, experts, bench officers, and leaders in their respective fields.

The Keynote Speaker, Dr. Sacha Joseph-Mathews, is the Vice President and Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer at Stanislaus State University. Dr. Joseph-Mathews also has nearly two decades of experience consulting with companies on diversity and inclusion and will present a dynamic keynote on why these issues are critical to our law practices.
