46th Annual Symposium Attendee Registration: “Once Upon a Time in Napa…”

As of March 9, 2023, we added rooms to our room block at The Meritage and the Grand Reserve (across the street).

Registration Fees

• $975 Register by March 3, 2023 for the Early Bird Rate.
• $1,200 as of March 4, 2023
• $1,350 as of April 22, 2023

Hotel Rooms

• Reserve your room at The Meritage or The Grand Reserve. The group rate expires on April 4, 2023. We highly recommend booking rooms early as the hotel will likely sell out before the April 4th room rate expiration.

Cancellation Policy

• Written notice received by March 3, 2023, will be issued full refund less $50 admin fee.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after March 3, 2023.
